Chris Halgren

Chris Halgren is a Partner at McGinnis Lochridge, where tenure began in September 2009. Previously, Chris served as a Summer Clerk at the First Court of Appeals of Texas in 2007, conducting legal research and writing for Justices Tim Taft and Elsa Alcala, and presenting findings to judge panels. Chris holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Baylor University, obtained in 2005.
