Brian Walsh

Mr. Walsh is a civil litigator specializing in Insurance defense. As a seasoned attorney, he has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the Supreme Court of New York. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States Federal Court.

Mr. Walsh was a partner in the White Plains, New York law firm of Murphy, McPartland and Walsh, where he practiced criminal defense, civil litigation and real estate. Additionally, he appeared before the Surrogate Court on numerous probate matters.

Prior to that, Mr. Walsh was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County. He prosecuted numerous narcotics, homicide, and other violent crimes. He was part of an elite unit dedicated to prosecuting gang related violence. As Deputy chief of the Violent Crime unit, he supervised over twenty senior attorney’s in the prosecution of repeat violent criminals.

Mr. Walsh was an adjunct professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York. He taught a course entitled, “Parole and Probation”.

Mr. Walsh received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University. He obtained his law degree from Brooklyn School of Law.
