Courtney T. Joiner

Prior experience includes practicing as an Attorney at Hammonds, Sills, Adkins, Guice, Noah & Perkins, LLP, and Sidley Austin LLP, specializing in corporate restructuring and finance transactions. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
