Jonathan Sparks

Jonathan Sparks currently serves as the Director of Licensing at McGlinchey Stafford, having progressed through various roles including Senior Licensing Manager and Licensing Manager since December 2018. Prior to this, Jonathan held multiple positions at Digital Risk from September 2010 to May 2018, culminating in the role of Assistant General Counsel. Notable achievements include founding the mortgage licensing department, securing numerous licenses for Digital Risk, and facilitating compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Jonathan also contributed to the integration of Digital Risk into the parent company Mphasis. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
