Derek Hoeschen

Derek Hoeschen, LEED AP, HCC, is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Executive at McGough since August 2023. Previously, Derek held the position of Vice President of Construction at Enclave from January 2020 to August 2023 and worked as General Manager at McGough from January 2015 to January 2020. Derek's career in construction began at HENSEL PHELPS, where Derek worked in various roles including Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Office Engineer, and Field Engineer from January 2001 to December 2014. Derek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and has acquired multiple aviation certifications, including a Private Pilot Single Engine Land and Sea and a Remote Pilot (Drone) certification from the FAA.
