Greg Watke is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a robust background in creating and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at McGough since June 2019, Watke previously held the position of Senior Learning & Development Specialist at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities from August 2010 to March 2019, where significant achievements included developing a mission curriculum and leading train-the-trainer sessions. Prior to that, Watke accumulated valuable experience at Progressive Insurance over a span of 13 years in multiple roles, culminating as a Management Development Specialist, where expertise in adult-learning techniques contributed to enhanced leadership development training. Watke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
