Josh Christensen, CHC, is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in the construction industry. At McGough since November 2021, Christensen currently oversees the $92M Bloomington Central Station Phase IV, a multi-family complex aimed at revitalizing Bloomington's South Loop District. Prior to McGough, Christensen served as a Senior Healthcare Project Manager at Adolfson & Peterson Construction, managing the $74M Bower Residences project in Edina, MN. Earlier career roles included Project Manager II positions at The Boldt Company, where projects included a $24.5M expansion of North Shore Health and a $119M expansion of the Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. Starting as a Field Engineer on the $60M Regents Hall project at St. Olaf College, Christensen holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Dunwoody College of Technology.
