Rob Sharot, LEED AP, currently serves as a Project Manager at McGough, where responsibilities include pursuits, preconstruction, business development, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. With extensive experience in project management roles at various construction firms, Rob has held senior positions at Axxys Construction Group and Amcon Construction, focusing on project execution, client relations, and safety. Past leadership roles at Red Granite Construction and Thomas Grace Construction Inc. involved strategic oversight of residential and commercial projects, while earlier experience at Firestone Building Products and Adolfson & Peterson Construction contributed to a strong foundation in managing large-scale projects and teams. Rob holds multiple degrees, including a BS in Business & Sociology from the University of Minnesota and a BOMI: FMA Designation in Facility Management from the University of St. Thomas.
