Kevin Milligan

Kevin Milligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the National Marketing Director for Community Associations at McGowan Program Administrators since October 2017, Kevin also holds the position of Regional Sales Executive at The McGowan Companies, which has been ongoing since December 2009. Earlier roles include working as a Reinsurance Broker specializing in Specialty Liability at Willis Re from October 2006 to September 2009 and serving as the Skipper of the Lutine at Lloyd's of London Yacht Club from March 2005 to October 2006. Kevin Milligan earned a Joint Honors degree in Economics and Geography from Swansea University, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2002.
