Robert Phillips

Robert Phillips is a litigation attorney specializing in medical malpractice, civil rights (police excessive force), trucking, products liability, and insurance bad faith. Robert has been with McGowan Hood Felder & Phillips LLC since January 2022 and was a partner at McGowan Hood & Felder from July 2005 to July 2023. Robert received their JD from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2000 and holds a degree in Int'l Business & French from Clemson University. Additionally, Robert studied at Université catholique de Lille in 1994-1995.
