Craig Spence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and customer experience management across various industries. As General Manager of Operational Excellence at McGrath Estate Agents since January 2021, Craig focuses on enhancing both customer and employee experiences while streamlining business processes and technology. Previous roles include Management Consultant for Achmea and COPC Inc., where Craig implemented frameworks to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Craig’s background also includes significant leadership positions at QBE Insurance, overseeing customer experience strategies and sales operations, as well as a decade-long tenure at CUNA Mutual Group leading technology and change management initiatives. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Edinburgh Napier University.
