Currently serving as the HR and Operations Manager at McGrath Estate Agents since April 2006, Kylie has previously held HR managerial roles at Acreis, a tech startup, and HSBC, where experience spanned nearly a decade. Additional HR leadership positions include tenures at PwC Australia and Prudential Financial. Kylie's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from UNSW, completed in 1993.
