Monica Fairclough

Monica Fairclough has over two decades of experience in human resources and related fields. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at McGrath RentCorp since October 2014, Monica has also held the role of HR Representative within the same company. Prior to these positions, Monica worked as a Contract Administrator (Temp) at SmartZip for a brief period in 2014 and served as a Benefits Coordinator (Temp) at McGrath RentCorp earlier that same year. Monica's extensive background includes a decade as a Human Resources Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 1998 to 2008, as well as experience as an Investor Relations Specialist at Conner Peripherals from January 1989 to February 1996.
