Kathy Sozou

Kathy Sozou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate recovery, restructuring, and advisory services, currently serving as a Partner and Director at McGrathNicol since November 2006. Kathy's expertise includes conducting detailed independent business reviews, formulating integrated financial forecasting models, and monitoring various financial processes, with a notable secondment to CBA Lender Services in 2007. Kathy has played integral roles in several receiverships, voluntary administrations, and liquidations, focusing particularly on the retail, financial services, and franchising sectors. Prior to McGrathNicol, Kathy held various positions at KPMG from January 2001 to October 2006, progressing from Graduate to Manager. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from UNSW and attended Sydney Girls High.
