Douglas Waugh

Douglas Waugh is an experienced educational product leader currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at McGraw Hill since January 2024. Previously, Douglas worked at The College Board from August 2008 to December 2023, holding multiple roles including Vice President of SpringBoard and Pre-AP Programs, Executive Director, and several senior management positions. Douglas began a career in education as an AP, Honors, and Core English Teacher at Bellevue School District from September 2002 to September 2008. Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and a Bachelor’s degree in English, both from the University of Washington, with studies spanning from 1995 to 2003.
