Jen Thorneycroft

Jen Thorneycroft is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at McGraw Hill since May 2025, Jen previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Housecall Pro, where design initiatives significantly enhanced usability for a fintech product. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Plate IQ, Senior UX/UI Designer at Hoverstate, and extensive freelance work for major clients such as Oracle and Gymboree. Jen holds a BFA in Graphic Communications from Northern Michigan University and has participated in diverse artistic endeavors, including photography and graphic design.
