Larry Berg

Mr. Berg joined Apollo in 1992. Prior to that time, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Mr. Berg serves as Chairman of McGraw-Hill Education, Inc. he also serves on the board of directors of Maxim Crane Works, Jacuzzi Brands and Vanta Education, and on the board of trustees of the University of Phoenix. Mr. Berg previously served on the board of directors of Rexnord Corporation, General Nutrition Center, Rent-A-Center, Laureate Education, Goodman Global, Connections Academy, Berlitz Corporation and ABC Supply. He is also Managing Owner of Los Angeles Football Club and serves on the board of the LAFC Foundation. Mr. Berg received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
