Monique Hamilton

Monique Hamilton is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Vice President of Engagement & Partnerships at McGraw Hill since July 2024. Prior to this, Monique held the role of Professional Learning Services Director & Project Manager at Achieve3000, where responsibilities included collaborating with Columbus City Schools for program implementation, delivering professional development, and data analysis. Monique's extensive background also includes serving as Superintendent of Dropout Prevention School and Director of School Improvement at Groveport Madison Local Schools, where significant achievements included designing blended learning environments and managing major educational grants. Monique began a career in education as a teacher at Columbus City Schools, advancing through various leadership roles. Monique holds multiple degrees and licenses in education, including a Master’s in Education from Miami University and a Superintendency License from the University of Dayton.
