Stuart Thompson

Stuart Thompson has extensive experience in supply chain and distribution management, currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at McGraw Hill since July 2000. Stuart's responsibilities encompass all inventory and distribution activities throughout the EMEA region, including procurement, warehousing across multiple sites, freight management, and Health and Safety compliance. Previous positions at McGraw Hill include Senior Director of Operations and Director of Distribution, Customer Service, and Inventory Management, where significant accomplishments included the design and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System and leading a $5M warehouse refit. Prior to McGraw Hill, Stuart held management roles at Technicolor and Penguin Books, where duties included overseeing distribution operations and implementing key processes like the SAP POP process. Stuart holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West London.
