Elena Dulger

Elena Dulger has extensive experience in supply chain management, starting with their role at the United States Air Force where they received comprehensive training. Elena then worked at Chevron and Redwood Materials in various supply chain roles before becoming the Director of Supply Chain at MP Materials in 2023. Elena has developed expertise in ERP systems, Excel, budgeting, warehouse operations, and AFSO 21, along with strong soft skills such as teamwork, organizational ability, and resilience in high-stress environments.

Elena Dulger holds a Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability from Northwestern University. Elena also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Barry University. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Elena also holds various certifications such as an Executive Certification in CX from the University of Houston, a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from Arizona State University, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Chevron.
