Tammy Stephenson is a Professor and Department Chairperson in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky, a position held since 2021. With a long-standing association with the University of Kentucky, Tammy served as a faculty member and Director of Undergraduate Studies from 1997 to 2021, and also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant. Additionally, Tammy is a co-author of "Human Nutrition: Science for Healthy Living," an introductory nutrition textbook published by McGraw-Hill Education since 2010, in collaboration with Wendy Schiff. Tammy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nutritional Sciences and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science and Human Nutrition, both obtained from the University of Kentucky.
