Walt Jedzejec

Walt Jedzejec is currently serving as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at McGraw Hill, overseeing Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Strategy, and Transformation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Walt worked at AmeriLife as Director of Corporate Development, managing comprehensive M&A activities including approximately 50 transactions between April 2021 and March 2023. Experience also includes significant positions at CME Group, where Walt contributed to Corporate Development, Strategy & Planning, Risk Management, CME Ventures, and Market Regulation from 2009 to 2021. Previous roles at Hewitt Associates and PwC further enriched expertise in Corporate Finance and Assurance, respectively. Walt holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Science in Business Communication from Northwestern University, and a Master’s Degree in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
