Giles Button has extensive experience in recruitment and business development, primarily within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Associate Director - Senior Search at McGregor Boyall since May 2012, Giles has contributed to the growth of the Middle East operation in Dubai, focusing on recruitment across various industries including Pharmaceutical, Retail, FMCG, and Banking. Prior to this role, Giles held positions as Senior Consultant at Morgan McKinley and RP International, specializing in banking and wealth management recruitment in Dubai. Previous experience includes Senior Consultant roles in London with ERS Global and as a Business Development Sales Manager with Sappi and M-real. Giles began a career in IT recruitment with James Harvard, playing a key role in establishing the Tokyo office. Educational background includes a degree from Swansea University and attendance at Brighton College.
