Kristin Shirley

Kristin Shirley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kristin'smost recent role was as the VP, Corporate Operations Manager at McGriff, a position they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as VP, Director of Brokerage Resource Optimization at the same company from May 2020 to October 2022. Before joining McGriff, Kristin worked at Regions Insurance, Inc. where they held various roles such as Benefits Enrollment and Communication Manager from November 2017 to July 2018, Systems/Product Trainer from March 2015 to November 2017, and Client Service Agent and Client Portal Administrator from May 2007 to February 2015. Kristin also has prior experience as a Financial Services Representative at SunTrust from August 2006 to May 2007.

Kristin Shirley attended The University of Memphis from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Political Science and Government. Prior to attending The University of Memphis, they briefly studied at Arkansas State University, majoring in Pre-Law. Additionally, Kristin obtained certifications including the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designation and licenses for Life and Accident and Health, as well as Property & Casualty Agent in Mississippi.
