Zachary Cole

Zachary Cole is a highly experienced insurance professional with a strong background in risk management and account executive roles. Zachary started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at USI Insurance Services, where they serviced a select-accounts book of business and provided support to various agency departments. In 2005, they joined Lockton Companies, LLC as a Vice President, Account Executive, where they led the marketing and servicing of commercial risk management accounts. Zachary joined McGriff in 2016, initially as a Senior Vice President, Marketing Account Executive Supervisor, before assuming their current position as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in June 2021. Throughout their career, Zachary has demonstrated expertise in helping clients recognize and mitigate potential exposures while developing cost-effective risk management solutions.

Zachary Cole, CPCU, ARM, AU holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance & Risk Management / Business Administration from Indiana State University. Zachary has also obtained additional certifications including Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and is a licensed Texas Property, Casualty, & Allied Lines Producer.
