Doug Thompson

Doug Thompson is an experienced insurance professional with a focus on providing tailored risk management solutions for the Transportation and Trucking sectors at McGriff since July 2018. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Property & Casualty at Regions Insurance Group starting in August 2015, Doug helped businesses identify and mitigate risks to enhance profitability. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commercial Insurance Broker at Brown & Brown Insurance, where Doug assisted companies in implementing safety and risk management programs. Doug also worked as a Product Analyst at NPR (New Product Review) and held the position of Private Banker at Old National Bank. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management Technology from Purdue University and an Associate Degree in Theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College.
