Janie Warner, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President and National HR Practice Leader at McGriff Insurance Services since September 2009, where responsibilities include establishing a comprehensive HR consulting practice following a merger and providing strategic HR advisory services to clients. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Consultant and Team Leader, HR Keynote Speaker, Chief Administrative Officer at ABC Financial Services, and Adjunct Faculty at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Janie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Evangel University and a Master's Degree in HR Management from Golden Gate University.
