Katie O'Neill

Katie O'Neill, B.S., D.C., serves as Vice President and Practice Leader of Clinical Wellness at McGriff since September 2018, bringing extensive experience in health consultancy and clinical practices. Previously, O'Neill worked at USI Insurance Services as a Health and Productivity Consultant, where responsibilities included data analytics and advising on population health management. Prior experience includes serving as National Account Manager at Novartis Consumer Health, focusing on sales and account management, and owning Grace Wellness, LLC, where O'Neill directed patient care and educational initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa and the University of New Hampshire.
