Lance Thom is a seasoned professional in the insurance and risk management industry with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently, as Co-Founder of CFO Rising since January 2021, Lance has been instrumental in leadership and strategic development. In the position of Senior Vice President for Government Contracting & Construction at McGriff since March 2018, Lance specializes in providing consultative risk management services to government contractors nationwide. Previous roles include Vice President of Construction and Real Estate at WTW, and Commercial Insurance Broker at USI Insurance Services, where Lance managed client growth and risk management in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Commercial P&C Producer at Emil Rummel Insurance Agency and as an underwriter for Travelers and The Hanover Insurance Group, demonstrating a solid foundation in the insurance sector.
