Matthew Thom has extensive experience in the lamination industry, currently serving as the Lamination Department Manager at McGrory Glass since July 2016, where responsibilities include supervising all aspects of the department. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Lamination Manager at Je Berkowitz L.P from November 2007 to November 2016, overseeing daily operations and supervising a team of 12-15 union employees. Additionally, Matthew began in the industry as an Operator of the Billco Lamination Line, managing the operation of an infrared lamination line and clean room assemblers. Education includes a unique learning experience at The School of Hard Knocks from 1999 to 2003.
