Audrey McGuckin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the McGuckin Group, a Talent Design Firm established in March 2017, specializing in long-term talent planning and aligning organizational culture with business strategies. In addition, Audrey serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Women On Their Way since January 2021 and holds membership positions on the Steering Committees of the Strategic Human Resources Institute and the Leadership Development Institute at The Conference Board. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Talent Officer at Jabil from April 2002 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed integrated talent management across various divisions globally. Audrey holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Glasgow Caledonian University.
