Balaji Jaishankar

Balaji Jaishankar, CEM, LEED AP, is an experienced Energy Engineer at McGuire Engineers since September 2016, specializing in LEED services, energy audits, existing building commissioning, Energy Star benchmarking, and energy modeling. Prior to this role, Balaji served as an Energy Engineer Intern at McGuire Engineers and held positions as a Student Computer Specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago, an Engineer at Nissan Ashok Leyland Technologies Pvt. Ltd, an intern at Ashok Leyland Wind Energy Ltd., and an intern at Ennore Thermal Power Plant. Balaji earned a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
