Chad Halliday is an experienced attorney with a strong background in various areas of law. Since September 2019, Chad has served as an attorney at McGuire Wood & Bissette. Prior to this role, Chad worked at McAngus Goudelock & Courie from 2012 to September 2019, focusing on workers' compensation defense. Chad's career also includes positions as Associate Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice, where representation was provided for Medicaid appeals, and attorney roles at Kirschbaum, Nanney, Keenan & Griffin, Troutman Sanders, and Smith, Debnam, Narron, Wyche, Saintsing & Myers, with a focus on health care law, commercial real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
