Alva Latta has a strong background in finance and operations, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Alva is currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at McGuireWoods Consulting. Prior to this, they worked at Harris Williams for 17 years, where they held roles such as Director of Operations and Finance Director.
