Charles Kelley

Charles Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Charles began their career in politics as a Political Assistant for McDonnell for Governor in 2007. In 2008, they joined the Virginia House of Delegates as a Legislative Advisor to Delegate Ben Cline, where they managed various responsibilities such as legislative research, policy advising, and media outreach. Charles then transitioned to campaign management as the Campaign Manager for Ben Cline for Delegate in 2009. In 2010, Kelley became the Deputy State Director for Americans for Prosperity. Since 2011, they have been with McGuireWoods Consulting, initially joining as a Digital Media Specialist and working their way up to Assistant Vice President and currently serving as the Vice President in charge of digital operations.

From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science at James Madison University.

In 2006, they attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where they obtained a BA degree in Political Science in 2008.

In 2007, they briefly studied Italian at the Università per Stranieri di Perugia.

In 2012, they participated in the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership's Political Leaders Program at the University of Virginia.
