Ford Graham has extensive experience in infrastructure and economic development, with their most recent position being SVP Infrastructure & Economic Development/Partner at McGuireWoods Consulting. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at K&L Gates, where they focused on assisting companies with economic incentives and expanding operations. Ford also served as the Director of International Strategy & Trade at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, where they facilitated new industry and industrial expansion. Ford began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk and later served as a General Counsel at Tomlin and Company, Inc. Ford also has international experience, having worked as a Municipal Development Volunteer in Guatemala for the United States Peace Corps.

Ford Graham has a diverse education history. Ford attended Tulane University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2002, they enrolled at the University of South Carolina, where they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. During this time, they attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. In 2006, Ford Graham successfully completed their studies and earned a JD degree from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, they also obtained an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) degree from the University of South Carolina, specializing in International Business.
