Holly Deshields

Holly Deshields has a wide range of work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2001. Holly then worked as an Administrative Assistant and Legislative Aide at the Texas Senate from 1999 to 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Chief of Staff for The Honorable Mike Jackson at the Texas Senate. In 2012, they joined McGuireWoods Consulting as a Vice President, and later became a Senior Vice President/Director in 2014.

Holly Deshields obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating between 1999 and 2002.
