Lf Payne

LF Payne has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. LF began their career in 1978 as the President and CEO of Wintergreen Development Inc. LF then served as a Member of the US Congress for the 5th Congressional District of Virginia from 1988 to 1997. In 1998, they joined McGuireWoods Consulting and became the President of the company. Most recently, they have been serving as a Member of the FMC Board for the Association of the Former members of the US Congress since 2016.

LF Payne completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at Virginia Military Institute from 1963 to 1967. Shortly after, from 1971 to 1973, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Additionally, LF Payne has not obtained any additional certifications in Harassment Training or any other field.
