Bharath Mohan serves as a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP, having joined in July 2025, and previously held the position of Senior M&A Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from May 2021 to August 2025. Bharath has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing a diverse array of public corporations, private equity firms, and strategic buyers. Bharath's legal career includes an Associate role at Latham & Watkins and summer associate positions at Balch & Bingham LLP and Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP. Additionally, Bharath worked in the Office of Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe, focusing on criminal justice reform and external affairs. Bharath's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College, graduating cum laude.
