Katie Studer

Katie Studer has diverse work experience, primarily in the legal industry. Katie currently holds the position of Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at McGuireWoods LLP, where they lead strategic initiatives and provides analytical support to monitor firm performance. In their previous roles at the same company, they managed compliance programs and special projects, prepared responses to client requests, oversaw audits, and implemented process improvements. Prior to joining McGuireWoods LLP, Katie worked at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte as a Youth Services Director and a Human Resources Coordinator.

Katie Studer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, which was obtained between 2022 and 2024. Katie also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond from 2014 to 2018. Katie'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Marketing Collateral from the University of Tennessee, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Katie has obtained certifications including Yellow-Belt Certified Legal Lean Sigma® from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute LLC in 2021 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
