Noreen Kelly

Noreen Kelly is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in litigation and government investigations. From May 2014 to January 2024, Noreen served as Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Litigation at McGuireWoods LLP, as well as Chair of the Government Investigations & White Collar Department. Prior to this role, Noreen held the position of Managing Partner in New York City at Latham & Watkins from September 1998 to May 2014, where involvement as a Litigation Partner was also notable. Noreen earned a JD from New York University School of Law and holds a BA in Philosophy and Mathematical Logic from The University of Texas at Austin.
