Tyler Sheets possesses extensive experience in legal support services, currently serving as the Manager of Paralegal & Legal Support Services at McGuireWoods LLP since October 2007, overseeing a team of 100–150 paralegals and legal support staff. Prior roles include Supervisor and Paralegal Training Coordinator, where Tyler implemented effective communication techniques, developed training programs, and established performance benchmarks. Additionally, as a Senior Litigation Paralegal, Tyler provided vital support in managing trial preparations and client relations for Fortune 100 clients. Current leadership also includes the role of Advisory Committee Chair for the Paralegal Studies Department at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University.
