Lou Rico

Lou Rico has over 30 years of experience in security and protective services. Currently, they serve as the Director of Field Operations at MCH Security and Protective Services, specializing in armed and unarmed security services. Prior to that, Lou worked as the Director of Security and Safety at Mission Dispensaries. Lou also held positions at Bed Bath & Beyond, CompUSA, Lechmere, Caldor, TJX, and Sears, where they gained expertise in loss prevention, safety management, internal and external investigations, and security training. Lou has a proven track record of effectively managing security teams and ensuring the safety and protection of various organizations and individuals.

Lou Rico attended North Shore Community College from 1989 to 1990, where they studied Criminal Justice. Prior to that, they attended Salem State University from 1988 to 1989, also studying Criminal Justice. Lou Rico completed their college preparatory and advanced high school diploma program at Medford High School from 1982 to 1986.
