Sarah Cuccia

Sarah Cuccia is a seasoned professional currently serving as Captain of Professional Development at Montgomery County Hospital District since April 2012, focusing on recruitment, training initiatives, and professional growth of staff, while managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders. Previously, Sarah held the roles of In-Charge Paramedic/Preceptor, leading the Mobile Intensive Care Unit with oversight of daily operations and response readiness, as well as Attendant Paramedic, ensuring operational readiness and delivering clinical care. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Teaching Assistant at Lonestar College System, where Sarah supported student learning and facilitated communication between clinical sites and students. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University.
