Larisa Smits

Larisa Smits is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in coaching and various customer service roles. Currently serving as a Softball Coach for Illinois Lightning since July 2023, Larisa also works as a Court Clerk for McHenry County since June 2022. Previous positions include Bartender at Rail House Bar and Grill and Food Server at Rusty Nail Saloon. Larisa's early career began at McDonald's as a Crew Member, followed by a stint as a Flex Crew Member at Amazon Fulfillment Center. Academically, Larisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. Thomas University and an Associate of Arts from Kishwaukee College.
