Sean Phelan

Sean Phelan has extensive experience in the concrete construction industry, currently serving as Concrete Superintendent at McHugh Concrete Construction, Inc. since December 2019. Previously, Sean held various positions at James McHugh Construction Co. from July 1999 to June 2022, including Concrete Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Iron Worker General Foreman. Sean is a graduate of Oak Forest High School, having completed studies from 1994 to 1998.
