Charlène Heritier

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and healthcare technology. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is recognized as a clinical documentation expert and leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department. Additionally, Charlene held the position of Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, contributing to the development of convergent medical terminology models. Charlene's career began as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene earned a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
