Mike Gray

Mike Gray serves as the Chief Technology Officer at MCI since June 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in IT leadership and systems integration. Prior roles include Vice President of IT Systems and Reporting at Mass Markets, where responsibilities encompassed IT staff management and data integration, as well as VP of Integration and Reporting at Enhanced Resource Centers, focusing on database process integration and reporting. Mike Gray's experience also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Reporting & Analysis at TMone, specializing in database management and business intelligence, and Director of IT at Edge Teleservices, overseeing various technology integrations for contact centers. Mike Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from UCLA, earned between 1985 and 1989.
