Jim Underwood

Jim Underwood is a seasoned Business System Analyst with extensive experience in various roles focused on process improvement and technology implementation. Currently serving at MCIC Vermont, LLC since July 2016, Jim previously held positions as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at FOCUS Brands, where significant contributions included transforming processes to Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams in developing high-value BI dashboards. Earlier experiences as a Business Systems Analyst at Aptean involved engagement with development teams to fulfill business requirements for BI solutions, while Jim also served as Information System Manager at Reflek Manufacturing, managing all aspects of information systems across multiple facilities. Additionally, Jim has a background as an Implementation Consultant for enterprise-wide software solutions at Made2Manage Systems.
