Adam Jones

Adam Jones is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in customer service and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at MCIM, Adam oversees the entire customer journey, including implementation and support. Prior to this role, Adam held senior positions such as Program Management Office Lead at Astra Canyon and Chief Customer Officer at Agile Frameworks, where responsibilities included managing customer success and technical teams, contract negotiations, and strategic product roadmap development. Adam's previous roles also feature leadership positions at Verisae as Director of Professional Services and at the United States Postal Service, focusing on project management, operations, and process improvements.
